The Lodge helps healthcare organizations deepen their corporate values through hard things.
Everything begins with actively leading with your values. Helping leaders develop communication styles that include employee's grief helps ensure teams are bringing their best to work. This often means assisting leaders through their own grief and helping them navigate the difficulties of leading a grieving team.
End of Life Support
While we are seeing support programs grow to include those who are journeying with a terminal illness, we often don't know how best to honour them, support them, or connect with them or their families. Together we come to a beautiful understanding of how we can support each other as we ensure we are there for our residents, their families and our co-workers.
Grief and Loss Support
We support your team through palliative care, sudden death and death in the workplace. We integrate with your EAP to ensure your whole organization is met where they are. Assistance from crafting communications or planning support for family members. We support you virtually and in person across Canada.
We connect through difficult decisions and events like loss, death, mergers, and terminations to bring each employee back to what matters to them. Supporting teams to connect through difficult situations creates true connection to the values your organization is living. Often it is healing together that holds team together.
